Being an excellent swimmer is about much more than setting records or winning gold medals. It is about being part of an environment that fosters and encourages success.

 

During the NCR Palaro, Grade Six pupil, Jhan Raphael A. Viernes of Niugan Elementary School earned a gold medal in the 4×50 meter relay and a bronze medal in the 50 meter backstroke event.
